We are pleased to announce Friday's Keynote Speaker, Dr. Arden
Andersen. Holistic medical practitioner, expert in human and
agricultural nutrition, author, and educator, Dr. Andersen will share
with us his extensive knowledge on the link between healthy
agricultural practices and healthy people.
A graduate of the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific in
Pomona, California, Dr. Andersen earned his Ph.D. in biophysics at
Clayton University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a B.S. in Agriculture
from the University of Arizona. He practices holistic medicine at the
Crossroads Healing Arts Center in Goshen, Indiana.

He has studied all aspects of nutrition - in our soil, in the food
we eat, and in the patients he sees in his medical practice. Dedicated
to sharing this knowledge with others, he has presented on agriculture
and nutrition to government ministers and parliamentarians, USDA
audiences, and farmers around the world.
Dr. Andersen has produced two professional tape series' and is the
author of three books on biological agriculture, Real Medicine, Real
Health, Science in Agriculture and Life and Energy in Agriculture.
He has taught soil and plant nutritional principles to thousands of
farmers, and we look forward to hearing what he has to teach us!

We are pleased to announce that Saturday's keynote speaker will be Mark
McAfee, founder of the Organic Pastures Dairy Company in California.
OPDC is the only retail approved raw organic dairy products producer in
North America. A pioneer in raw organic milk production, safety and
technology, Mark has been at the forefront of the movement to change
the laws regarding raw milk. He has much to share and promises to
inspire and educate.
